Houston--Feb 8, 2014. During the Harris County Republican Party's Lincoln-Reagan Day Dinner, TFRO and Chairman Woodfill honored Jim Bowie for his long-time service t the party and for being one of the first Republican African American Precinct Chairs in the county.
